he brought food with him, eats reluctantly when his body demands it. he spends most of his time on his knees, fingers pressed against the glass of the cryochamber. he can feel the tears on his face, doesn’t bother to brush them away. his voice is hoarse, but he keeps speaking, brought to a whisper but hoping that if he says it enough, bucky will hear.
